Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with original tags attached and your order number or proof of purchase.

NOT eligible for return:

  • Items marked Final Sale (size exchanges only — see below)

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original tags

  • Items returned beyond the 14-day window

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged by misuse, normal wear, or improper care

Final Sale — Important

Items marked Final Sale are deeply discounted as one-time inventory and are NOT eligible for refund.

Final Sale items ARE eligible for size exchange under these conditions:

  • Exchange initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Item meets standard return condition requirements (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)

  • Customer covers shipping to send the item back; JLS covers shipping the new size to you

  • Subject to size availability — if your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued

When you add a Final Sale item to your cart, you'll see this notice again at checkout. By completing your purchase of a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact info@jlspresents.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the defect or damage, and a brief description of the issue.

We'll cover everything — prepaid return label, plus your choice of full refund, replacement, or store credit. If we got it wrong, we make it right.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@jlspresents.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange

  2. We respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with instructions

  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided

  4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Exchanges are subject to availability — if the requested item is unavailable, we'll offer store credit or a refund.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Bank or card processing may add 3–5 additional business days.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. If 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, email info@jlspresents.com.

Before Filing a Dispute

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at info@jlspresents.com. We respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) and resolve nearly all issues without needing to involve your bank or credit card company.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us slows down resolution for everyone — and we genuinely want to help you. Give us the chance to make it right first.


International Orders

JLS Presents currently ships within the United States only, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. International returns are not currently accepted.


Changes to This Policy

JLS Presents reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the policy that applies to your order.
