Return Instructions/Policy

Please allow 24 -48 hours for this process to take place.

> Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

> Exchanges will be offered 45 days from purchase.

> All returning items must be received within 2 weeks of receiving your RA #.

You will be credited or refunded the purchase amount of the item(s) minus shipping.

Please send back with your original packaging/labels attached, and include in your email the reason for Exchange or Refund. Please note your tracking when shipping back to us via an insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery, to warehouse:

No Exchanges, No Returns On All Sale Items

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a regular priced purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. We will gladly exchange or refund unworn non-clearance merchandise with the packing slip and original packaging within 30 days of the original packing slip. There will be a 20% restocking fee processed on each returned item.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

group sales are not refundable. if a product is deemed defective, a quality check will be conducted. if a pre-existing defect is determined by IvyDog, a refund may be provided at the sole discretion of IvyDog
Returns to our Warehouse

> Only items purchased through can be returned to our warehouse. Items purchased at a Campus Bookstore must be returned or exchanged at that particular store. How should we address items purchase at an event ?

> Non-clearance merchandise must be returned unworn in the original packaging and shipping container within 30 days of the original packing slip. Please note items that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.

> We cannot process exchanges at the warehouse – only returns. If you would like a different size, color, etc., place a new order online at

> Refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card that was used for your purchase. Once your return is received please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited. Based on your bank processing, it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

> Clearance merchandise is Final Sale and may not be returned for refund or exchange.
