By placing an order with JLS Presents, you agree to the refund terms below. This policy works alongside our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Shipping Policy.

  • Eligible returns received within 14 days of delivery in original condition

  • Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without tags

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)

  • Gift cards

  • Packages confirmed delivered by carrier (unless shipping protection was purchased)

  • Items damaged by misuse, normal wear, or improper care


How Refunds Are Issued

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. We confirm the item meets return eligibility requirements

  2. We process the refund to your original payment method

  3. You receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

  4. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days

Total timeline: 1–3 business days for inspection + same-day processing on our end + 3–5 additional business days for your bank or card.

If 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, email info@jlspresents.com with your order number.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned with minor signs of wear

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (case-by-case basis)

  • Multi-item orders where only some items are returned

We'll communicate any partial refund decision via email before processing.


Defective or Damaged Items

For items that arrive defective or damaged, contact info@jlspresents.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided) and you choose: full refund, replacement, or store credit. Refunds are processed within the same 5–10 business day window once we verify the issue.


Shipping Charge Refunds

Original shipping charges are refunded only when:

  • The return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective)

  • The order qualifies for free shipping promotion that would still apply

Original shipping charges are NOT refunded for: change-of-mind returns, sizing or fit issues, or style/color preference changes.

Return shipping costs are refunded only when JLS provides the return label.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Refund eligibility for packages lost or stolen depends on whether the carrier confirmed delivery:

  • Carrier-confirmed delivered, but customer didn't receive: Refunds NOT issued unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout, or the carrier accepts a missing package claim.

  • Lost in transit (not yet delivered): Wait at least 7 business days past expected delivery, file a claim with the carrier, then email us with the carrier's response. We'll work with you on a refund or replacement based on the carrier outcome.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before the order has been processed (typically within 1–3 business days of placement).

To cancel, email info@jlspresents.com immediately with your order number. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you'll need to return it following our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full refund.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at info@jlspresents.com. We respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) and resolve nearly all issues without needing to involve your bank or credit card company.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us:

  • Slows down resolution for everyone

  • May result in your order being flagged for review on future purchases

  • Limits our ability to issue refunds, replacements, or store credit

We genuinely want to help you. Give us the chance to make it right first.


Changes to This Policy

JLS Presents reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the policy that applies to your order.
