JLS is more than just about selling products—we are deeply committed to the community. In 2002, Jamell’s niece, K. Noel, was born with autism, and witnessing the family’s journey to support her was both life-altering and inspiring. Today, K. Noel continues to surpass expectations, thriving in her creative journey as a senior at the Maryland Institute College of Arts, where she has earned numerous accolades for her exceptional work in the arts.
Her remarkable talent and dedication have been widely recognized, serving as an inspiration to aspiring artists everywhere.
In honor of her achievements, a percentage of all proceeds from JLS will support the Autism Society, helping to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families impacted by autism.

“District of Columbia Autism Society (DCASA) is an affiliate of the Autism Society of America. Our mission is to help improve the lives of all affected by autism. For more than 30 years, parents, teachers, and other professionals have advocated for appropriate education, services, and opportunities to ensure that all persons on the autism spectrum have a high quality of life in their own communities.
Over the past 30 years, DCASA has assisted parents with identifying appropriate placements for their children and finding qualified and knowledgeable doctors, therapists, and other professionals to assist them in obtaining maximum achievement. In addition, members have given speeches, led workshops, and seminars.”
